In this program, the Sakyong presents
the core Shambhala teachings on unconditional confidence as embodied in the
symbolic figure of the Rigden, “the one who holds the family of inherent
wakefulness.” In the second talk, he introduces a three-step formal lungta
practice. In the third, he gives a commentary on the chant “Supplication to the
Shambhala Lineage,” and introduces the practice of Shambhala meditation.
